R&D with Scientists
At Newton we place great emphasis on Research and Development. Since 1969, Newton has developed and proto-typed sophisticated equipment of various types.
Over the past decade Newton has successfully developed 2 new products in conjunction with local scientists and academia.
The Rainfall Harvesting System was designed and developed in collaboration with Professor Robert Jackson of Salford University.
The Patented Gravity Aerator was developed with Claude Dyson (former Principal Lecturer in Hydraulics Engineering at John Moores University, Liverpool).
At Newton, we believe in continually renewing our commitment to research. Currently Newton is involved in researching solar driven pumps using sterling engines and solar driven turbines for electricity generation.

Many of their suppliers have also used the Newton Carton Tester to ensure that their cartons meet the specifications set.
